Hey, I went to your advanced class a while ago and I used the “touch sensor wall follower” program, I copied the exact one I made in class and used it for the “fish” on the board, the first times I tried it it worked perfectly 5 times in a row! Now it doesn’t, the robot ethier swerves to the left or justs hits the baby fish can you explain? (my mom thinks its because I added some stuff on the robot). If you want I can send you the program, but I lost your email. So you’ll have to send me a email first.

Check and make sure the touch sensor is not binding as the wheel rolls down the wall. This is the cause of most wall following errors, the sensor is not getting pressed. Next, check the wire. It may looked plugged in but make sure both ends are securely attached. Thirdly, if you added weight to the robot you may need to adjust the speed or steering on the drive motors to better react the the touch sensor signal. Play with the steering or speed and see if it starts working better. After you try these, let me know what happened.
